3 MSRM WIFI REPEATER MODES

This wireless extender has three modes.

The first mode, Access Point, creates a wireless network for all your WiFi devices when linked directly to your internet connection. The second option, Repeater, simply extends the range and speed of your WiFi network. The third mode is Wireless router Mode, which establishes an instant private wireless network but requires no existing router and only a modem connection to turn the Extender into a router.

Follow the MSRM US302 extender setup steps. Then the issue will be resolved.

Place the extension halfway between your router and the aiding location.

Wait for the MSRM repeater’s power lights to stabilise, then grab your phone, laptop, or computer.

Look for MSRM default network name in your WiFi list. It may state “Wireless-N” or “AC”.

Connect to the network name, it doesn’t require a password the first time and shows NO INTERNET once linked.

If the ap.setup does not show, try http://ap.setup or http://192.168.10.1 in the browser’s address bar or URL.

Next, select extender/repeater mode.

Enter admin as your username and password.

Pick a network to extend and enter its password.

After finishing the setup, the MSRM US302 repeater will reboot.

Connect your devices to the newly established network.

2) WPS MSRM Extender US302 Range Set-up

This takes roughly 15 seconds. Just connect the extender to the router first.

Push the WPS button on the power LED once it stops flashing. It looks like two arrows rotating in a circle.

After a few seconds, press the WPS button on the router, and you will see both devices blinking.

On the extension, the WPS will turn solid after successful configuration.

Connect your devices to the newly formed extender network using the router’s password.

Use a 10 foot Ethernet cable to connect the extender to the router. Plug one end of the cable into the extender and the other into the router’s LAN port.

To connect to the repeater’s wifi network, select MSRM network name from list.

After connecting, open a browser and type 192.168.10.1 in the address bar.

Setup page, enter ADMIN as username and password.

When prompted, select Access point mode and click Continue.

Enter the access point’s name, password, and security type, then click Next.

Then it’ll apply the settings and reboot.

Then connect the devices to the new access point.
